The second stage of Data Torque’s Revenue Management System (RMS) went live in Swaziland earlier this month. Wellington-based software company Data Torque is delivering the commercial, off-the-shelf RMS software solution to the Swaziland Revenue Authority in six stages over two years.

Wellington based Software Company Data Torque has completed the design and project planning to implement their Revenue Management System (RMS) for the Swaziland Revenue Authority. The first stage is due to go live at the end of February. “We signed the multi-million dollar contract with the Swaziland Revenue Authority late last year,” said Bill Chatwin, Managing Director of Data Torque. “We went up against several international vendors in the competitive tender to win our first assignment in Africa.

On Monday 28th November 2011, Data Torque was in Samoa for the launch of their software solution RMS7 for the Ministry for Revenue (MfR). “RMS7 streamlines processes, and allows the MfR to enhance compliance and target more revenue,” said Bill Chatwin, Managing Director of Data Torque.

Data Torque and the Cook Islands Government launched RMS7 in June, a move that will drive voluntary compliance by taxpayers.
