CubikSurvey is an advanced pay and benefits database that makes it possible to benchmark salaries against factors such as industry type, geographic location and time in role. The system features unique questionnaire designs for different markets, customisable validation rules, predefined and adhoc reporting for customers, on-line and off-line data submission, web base data cleaning and analysis of the results, full multi-lingual capability, and on-the-fly currency conversion for both historic and current rates.
