Caffe L'affare is the premier supplier of coffee and equipment to cafes, supermarkets and the hospitality industries in New Zealand – with a growing customer base throughout the world.
We started working together in 1999. They needed a custom e-commerce, administration and content management solution to enable sales and support of their products via the web. They were also looking to the web to help promote their brand and open-up new market opportunities.
The system was built from the ground up. Helping them to showcase their products to the world - Increasing distribution, and reaching out to more customers. The system allows them to manage their own content and efficiently administer product lines. Orders placed on the site are processed quickly, helping them achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Since 1999, we have continued to grow together. Working together through their re-branding and implementing many system upgrades, both on their public website and back-office admin systems.
Many new features have been added via our ZEUS system, such as news articles and online competitions. The functionality and effectiveness of the site has greatly increased over time.
Caffe L’affare also has a substantial equipment business - and our ZEUS system allows them to effectively communicate with their customers worldwide with online support and product documentation.
